Training Courses – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Course Deposits & Payment

All deposits are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the course and need to cancel it, the deposit will be lost. If the course needs to be rescheduled, we will need a minimum of 14 days’ notice for us to transfer the deposit over to another date. Failure to give at least 14 days’ notice and the deposit will be lost and will need to be paid again. No place on a course is secured without a deposit.

Remaining balances for courses must be paid 48 hours before the course date. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in your place on the course being lost so please ensure you can pay in time. If you choose not to continue with the course or fail to attend it after we have received full payment, no refund will be made. Please bare this in mind when choosing course dates and ensure you are definitely able to attend before making any payments.

Finance

If you have chosen to pay through our finance options, please read the following:

• No place on a course is secured until you have been accepted by our finance provider

• Once you have been accepted you can NOT cancel your finance plan under any circumstances

• If you wish to cancel your course after being accepted you will still have the pay the full repayments

• Failure to attend or give 14 days notice to reschedule the course you will still be required to pay the repayments and will also have to pay again for the new course date (otherwise we can reschedule under the original finance plan)

Agreed Terms Prior to Booking

• When prompted all previous qualification certificates must be provided
• I agree that I will be able to attend the dates and times agreed in advance
• I agree that all my personal details given are accurate
• I agree to photos or videos being taken on the course dates by LG House of Beauty to be used on social media for promotional purposes

Cancellations

If the course is cancelled by LG House of Beauty for any reason, we will offer alternative dates but no refund will be given.

Refunds

Once you have completed the course you will not be refunded for any reason. If you found the course to be unsatisfactory or you didn’t feel confident after the training course we can offer additional training but you will not receive any refund.

Refresher/Additional Training

We aim to make sure 100% of our students are confident when leaving their training. In the event you do not feel confident in what you have been taught we encourage you to contact us for more training ASAP. Within 6 months of your training course if you do not feel confident we will offer additional training free of charge. Anything over 6 months and you will be charged for additional training from us.

By making any payments to LG House of Beauty you are agreeing to all the above terms and conditions. Please ensure to read the above thoroughly before committing to anything.
